Limitations of Liability.

Termination of the Agreement.

Tethys Investments reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement (and/or your access to all or any part of this or any other Tethys Investments Site or the Content) at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law and Venue.

Any disputes related to the use of the Site should be submitted to final and binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.
